Our black plaster patch combines a dark herbal plaster core with a soft spunlace (hydro-entangled) non-woven backing. It is the format most buyers know from traditional Chinese pain plasters, and it is used for neck, shoulder, lower-back and leg discomfort caused by cold, damp or minor sprains.
Each patch is built from spunlace backing, release paper, pearl film and a blue tear strip around the plaster core. The 9×12 cm size suits the shoulder and neck; the 13×16 cm size with an 8×13 cm core covers the lower back and knee.

OEM & customization options
- Backing: non-woven, spunlace, elastic cloth, PU film or PET film; white or skin color.
- Size and shape: standard rectangles from 5×5 cm to 20×20 cm, round, and die-cut shapes for the knee, neck, nose and navel.

Can you produce our own herbal formula?
Yes. Send the formula or the effect you want and we will check herb availability and confirm the formula against the rules of your destination market before sampling.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Customized trial runs start from about 100 sets and private-label runs from about 2,000 sets on most patch lines. Bare patches in bulk are quoted by quantity.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples of standard patches are available; custom samples are made after the formula, size and backing are confirmed.
